Ratt is an American heavy metal band that had significant commercial success in the 1980s with their albums having been certified as gold, platinum, and multi-platinum by the RIAA. The group is best known for their singles“Round and Round” and“Lay it Down.” They have been recognized as instrumental in the formation of the early 1980s Los Angeles glam metal scene, also known as hair or pop-metal.
The City to City Tour was a concert tour in support of Ratt’s album“Reach for the Sky.” The tour marked the beginning of Ratt’s mainstream popularity downfall with slower album sales and lower attendance numbers. The tour started on December 31, 1988, at the Tokyo Dome as special guest Bon Jovi was embarking on their hugely successful tour. Design Details Front
