Tupac Shakur was one of the most influential rappers to ever hold a mic, and for many, the first thing that comes to mind is the year he spent on Death Row Records before his death. If you go back to his formative years, though, you’d stumble onto the classic video of a young 2pac doing the humpty dance alongside Shock G of the Digital Underground on The Arsenio Hall show. It’s an absolute iconic moment in rap history.
Pac would go on to become of the biggest artists in all of music, and his early days making a name for himself with the Digital Underground were key in establishing his place in rap. Of course, that relationship would culminate with the classic jam“I Get Around,” which took radio stations by storm in 1993. His Digital Underground era is something true fans appreciate, and this unique design is an awesome way to pay homage to the group that introduced the world to 2pac.
