After an excursion into the jazzier side of things on recent releases, Tramp Records is proud to announce another funky soul jewel from the mid 1970s. Clay Brown, originally from a small town near Barnwell, SC (the birthplace of James Brown) recorded a couple of 45 rpm singles which were released on the Florentine label in the mid to late 1970s. "Walk With A Groove" has some of that funk thing going while "Everybody's Talking" is a bit more on the soulful side. Whatever, both songs are highly prized in European Northern circles fetching over $1000 each for original mint 45's. From now on, all 45 rpm single releases on Tramp Records are limited to 250 hand-numbered copies.
