Limited triple vinyl LP pressing of this album by the Canadian industrial outfit. After releasing the stunning Hard Wired, Front Line Assembly followed up in 1996 with Live Wired, a live album recorded in Mainz, Germany on October 24th, 1995. As a companion to the 20th anniversary release of Hard Wired, Artoffact Records presents a fully authorized vinyl edition of the live album Live Wired. Front Line Assembly was formed by Leeb in 1986 after leaving Skinny Puppy. Influenced by early electronic and post-industrial acts such as Cabaret Voltaire, Portion Control, D.A.F., Test Dept, SPK, and Severed Heads, FLA has developed its own unique sound while combining elements of electronic body music (EBM). The band's membership has rotated through several members over the years, including Fulber and Michael Balch who are both associated with several other successful artists.
