Black Skid Row Shirt
Formed in Toms River, New Jersey in 1986, Skid Row achieved commercial success in the late 1980s and early 1990s with its first two albums“Skid Row” and“Slave to the Grind.” Known for their antics and disfunction, Sebastian Bach(frontman) seemed the cornerstone of this. Sebastian Bach left the band in late 1996 when Rachel Bolan(bassist) turned down an opening slot on the Kiss reunion tour even though Bach already booked it.
“Slave to the Grind” is the second studio album by Skid Row and was released June 1991. The album displayed a harsher sound than its predecessor and lyrics that avoided hard rock cliches. Skid Row promoted the album-opening for Guns N’ Roses in 1991 and as a headliner the following year.
