AC/DC has been rocking the music scene since the 1970s. Led by Scottish born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, their music is noted for driving guitars and anthemic rock lyrics. Angus is known for his energetic performances, on-stage theatrics, and iconic“schoolboy” outfits – along with playing licks on his amped-up Gibson guitar.
The Razors Edge is the band’s twelfth studio album and was a smashing success. Peaking at number two on the U.S. Billboard Charts in 1990, The Razors Edge includes the mega-hits“Thunderstruck” and“Are You Ready.” The band created its own version of the U.S. dollar they called“Angus Bucks,” featuring Angus on the front and cannons on the back, and dropped thousands of fake currency on their audience at the end of their song“Moneytalks” while touring. The album’s success brought the band back to its glory years of the late 1970s and 1980s and introduced their music to a whole new generation of rockers.
