Canada-based label Graphical Recordings and the Ukraine-based Muscut label present Nikolaienko's The Sounds of Pseudoscience, a playful and intriguing archive of sounds influenced by the works of electronic music pioneers and experimenters. The album acts as a tribute to the golden era of early electronics, pondering the theme of nostalgia through warm, analog space-aged sounds. For the artist, it's an odd document with which he hopes to declare another way to make contemporary electronic music.
